Once you’ve completed your booking—whether you’re reserving a studio on its own or adding services such as an engineer, photographer, or other—you’ll immediately receive a booking confirmation email and SMS. These will include all the essential details for your session, along with links to our Booking Information page so you know exactly what to expect.

Our team will also personally reach out to confirm your booking.

• If you’ve hired a team member (such as a recording engineer, photographer, or other), we’ll connect you directly with them so you can align on any details before your session.
  
• If you’ve booked just the studio, we’ll send you temporary access codes and full session instructions. In some cases, a Valenti Studios team member may meet you onsite to let you in.
  

Important Notes for Add-On Services:

• Recording Engineers – Please make sure you book them for the full duration you need, as this is listed separately from studio hire. Engineers will record your session and provide you with a high-quality demo mix.
  
• Mixing & Mastering – For release-ready mixing and mastering, please add this to your booking or arrange it as a separate service.
  
• Production – If you need custom production, this must also be booked in addition to your studio time.
  
• Photography – If you’ve added photography services, please ensure you select the correct session duration that corresponds with your chosen package.
